Easy to clean
Pyrex 6021224 Storage 10-Piece Set, Clear with Blue Lids
I'm a college student and my parents convinced me to through away my plastic tub aware and get this. I'm glad I did because my plastic anti freezer tub aware would take forever to clean and they still would never look completely clean because they would be stained from a sauce. This closes tight and never gets stains. It was a good purchase.

THE BEST!!!!
Wilton 570-1121 Easy Flex 3-Piece Silicone Spatula Set
If you are looking for the BEST spatula's - these are it! I bought them to replace the old ones I had, and, every time I use one, I say "I LOVE THIS SPATULA". Any size. They are solid and sturdy, yet the head is flexable enough to get every last drop out of a bowl, pan, anything. Clean up is simple - by hand or dishwasher. This one is a no brainer for the perfect add-on for a wedding gift. Would buy another set for myself, just in case, but I don't think these will fail me anytime in the near decade. EXCELLENT

Don't bake without it
DeMarle 2409 Silpat 11-5/8-by-16-1/2-Inch Nonstick Silicone Baking Mat
This is an absolute must for any baking on a cookie sheet in the regular oven. We use it daily. The clean up is so easy. Warm soapy water and rinse. Never needs scrubbing.

Great spatula
Matfer Pelton Spatula
I read about the spatula in Cooks Illustrated and they were right. It's the best.

Pizza stone
Old Stone Oven 4467 14-Inch by 16-Inch Baking Stone
Works fine. It takes a long time to get the oven up to temp.

A bit flimsy
Wilton 2105-459 Excelle Elite 3-Tier Cooling Rack
Don't expect great weight from these racks - and because they're lacking some heft, they're easy to tip over. The legs will easily collapse underneath the rack, which can be a good and bad thing - good because it folds for storage, but bad when you don't want it to collapse (and I've had this happen with full loads).

The biggest drawback is that the wire in the racks only go one direction, so you have large gaps where cookies can slide right through and fall to the counter. I always have to use wax or parchment on the racks to avoid this, which is one more step I wish I didn't have to take.

It is a good space saver, but has its drawbacks, so don't view it as the perfect solution. Don't stack more than three high, or you might just regret it.

My wish list for this product:
Incorporate some kind of locking mechanism so the legs not only stay open when you move the racks, but also lock to the rack below it.
Horizontal and vertical grid lines that are small enough so that you can not only place small cookies, but use it as a drying rack for sugar flowers.

Teflon Liner
Chef's Planet 401 Nonstick Toaster Oven Liner
Good product a little pricey, they could sell more of them if they just came down $1.

Good pans but a bit small
Simply Calphalon Nonstick 6-Piece Bakeware Set
This is a good quality set for a fairly good price. However I should have read the sizes of the pans because everything is a bit smaller then I had thought. Overall good buy.

Fantastic Pan
Farberware 52106 Nonstick Bakeware 12-Cup Muffin Pan
Just got my pans today. Already baked some Morning
Glory Muffins that taste over the top. The pan is everything everyone said it would be. Muffins just slid right out the pan.

It makes mini muffins
Baker's Secret 116424001 Basics Nonstick 24-Cup Mini Muffin Pan
The muffins batter goes in and the muffins come out. It is decent weight material. It doesn't feel cheap. heats evenly.
