It's okay but...
P90X Extreme Home Fitness Workout Program - 13 DVDs, Nutrition Guide, Exercise Planner
Ordered the special P90X package that includes the bands and pull-up bar with HIGH HOPES and ready to get started! The dvd's are instructional as promised, but Tony Horton is so obnoxious. He tells you (the average person) how to do the exercise and then says, "I'm going to get some quick reps in..." and does a ton of push-ups really fast and perfectly while you ache your way through your first set. Yes, Tony, we know you're in excellent condition, we are not and that's why we've purchased your product. No need to rub it in while we are trying to push through the first day's lesson. My other problem is that if you order the recommended pull-up bar and are just starting out, they suggest using the bands. Okay, I also ordered the bands. However, the guys in the video are using their regular bars in a nice gym and they stretch the bands to the floor. Well, I can't mount mine on the ceiling at my house. It can only go in a doorway and the bands won't reach the same distance (as the video shows). I am going to return this set, because honestly, Tony is really just showing how to do push-ups and pull-ups. I can do those at the gym and I won't be annoyed with Tony. They do require a code for returns and you must have your original transaction number (which is not included with your shipment), so if you do buy, hang onto that online receipt. The customer service people tell you that you can't have the money back guarantee without it. If you're in close to excellent condition, this video set will help you to get really ripped. If you're a regular person, you may end up feeling like a lard-a$$ and lose your motivation in just getting started.

You cant beat it
Omron HJ-112 Digital Pocket Pedometer
I had bought a few cheap ones that never really worked well. This one is excellent for my daily walks. It is easy to use and seems to be pretty durable. I got it slightly wet when I got caught in the rain but it didnt hurt it.

Key to upper body strength and tone
Iron Gym Total Upper Body Workout Bar - Extreme Edition
ive used this for about 4 and a half months. at that time i could do 13 pullups on it. and now i can do betwwe 21 and 23, heres how. do 3 sets with it, with 100% effort every set. i used the parallel grip for the first 2 sets, and on the last set i gripped it with my palms facing forward. im 150lbs and it works fine for me and ive had heavier friends who use it and in my opinion the weight limit mostly depends on the door frame.

Perfect for the Price
Bearpaw Women's T410 12" Boot
I have a pair of Uggs which are amazing, so If you can afford the price tag then Uggs are the way to go. However runs amazing specials on these boots.

They are super comfy. A little heavy than uggs but its not that noticeable.
I order true to my shoe size. (which is an 8). They fit nice and snug like Uggs which means they will last a long time too.

I have normal to thin legs so if you have thicker athletic calves order the next size up.

Either way for the price and look, they boots are an amazing deal.

What more can you ask for?
CamelBak BPA-Free Better Bottle with Bite Valve
I've owned this bottle for a couple months now and I have no complaints. Well, strike that, I have one complaint: the cap has been known to leak unless you close it with a very precise amount of torque - which you will learn in time.

I've heard that some people have had problems with mold growing inside the bite valve but I haven't experienced that, and to be honest, I haven't cleaned it since the day I started using it. I purchased an extra bite valve (which also came with 3 extra straws), just in case, but I don't think I'll need it for a very long time.

Otherwise, the water flows well, it's fairly durable (I've dropped it dozens of times) and attractive, and the water tastes only of water, not plastic.

I'm happy with my purchase.

Great craftmanship
SPRI ES502R Xertube Resistance Band with Door Attachment and Exercise Charts (Blue, Heavy)
I love this product - at-first... I thought the small handles would be an issue but it's not. In-fact I used another brand of resistance bands with bigger handles to see if I'd like it more but I didn't and came back to this model.

The ONLY problem is the knob that comes with this to put into a door is TINY - I used it once and it actually popped out.

A nice water bottle
Klean Kanteen Stainless Steel Colored Water Bottles
You can get stainless steel water bottles for far less, but I like the KKs. They are seamless on the outside and have a simple, attractive finish. I use mine at work where we have filtered water on the ground floor which tastes a lot better than water from the drinking fountains. That's not the most demanding environment, but it seems well made and the steel is slightly thicker than some of the less expensive bottles I've seen at Target, etc. I got the 27 ounce basic bottle with the loop top. I would probably opt for the 40 ounce if I were to buy another since it's only a little larger and weight is not a concern for my purpose.

Insanity
Insanity: The Ultimate Cardio Workout and Fitness DVD Program
I love this product! I am on the recovery week right now and it has been tough, but I can already see changes in my body. I even needed to buy a belt, and my tummy is my trouble spot when it comes to losing weight!

Great device -- Good software program
Omron HJ-720ITC Pocket Pedometer with Advanced Omron Health Management Software
I've been using this pedometer for a little over a month now and love it. The most difficult thing is to remember to put it on or put it in my pocket. It is comfortable, low maintenance and, I believe, accurate. It would've been nice to have appropriate guidelines when you 1st set up how many steps to take in a day, how many aerobic steps are desirable, miles walked, etc. Other than that, the software works fine with my PC and I can easily see how close or off I was to my goals each day, week or month.

Better than ever now with MP3 input.
AO Safety 90541 WorkTunes AM/FM Hearing Protector with Digital Tuning and MP3 Input
I really like these, I have 3 pair. 2 are the older analog tuning style which are at best OK, and 1 that has the digital tuning. Now with the MP3 input too I am sure they rock.
